Donna Burdge, Managing Partner
Donna Burdge is a strategic and innovative HR executive with more than 20 years dedicated to translating business vision into human resource initiatives. An empowering leader, Donna thrives on tough challenges and translates visions and strategies into actionable, value-added goals.
Donna’s background in talent development, retention and recruitment is bolstered by her collaborative spirit and wealth of human resources experience. She is a leader in many global and community initiatives, including serving on the regional workforce board of directors and co-founding the Advanced Manufacturing Association of North Central Florida. Donna is a national member of the Society for Human Resource Management and a board member of the North Central Florida Society for Human Resource Management, serving as Communications and Community Outreach Director.
She is a recognized thought leader and the recipient of multiple awards, including the Florida TaxWatch Davis Productivity Award, Manager of the Future by Hyatt Hotels and Southern Methodist University’s Maguire Award in recognition of her dedication to ethics and public responsibility.
Donna is a certified facilitator in leading human resources, leadership and assessment models, including Development Dimensions International (DDI) and Myers-Briggs, as well as The Predictive Index Certified Consultant.
Donna received her Master of Science in human resource management with honors from Nova Southeastern University and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Florida State University.

Donna recharges by visiting different cities and learning about cultures around the globe. Her favorite places to travel are Vienna and Cairo, with a trip to the Valley of the Kings.
